As a busy parent, what do you need for you?
How’s your week been? Time is different as a parent, especially when life is full of meeting the needs of children - and let’s not even start on all the admin that comes with kids. So week’s can fly by with non-stop juggling and no thought to what you might need.
On those busy weeks, stress can creep in, along with tension, frustration and exhaustion so it does help to think about what could help you manage all of this and feel like you are doing something for you. What can you plan in to help you relax and pause doing?
It can be about enjoying the small moments of peace and it can also be about planning in time for you.
So, I’d like to encourage you to think about what would make a difference for you and what is achievable for you and your family.
Focusing on your breathing each day can also help you to de-stress and ease the tension you are holding on to.
